Flagstaff Kitchen Re-Design

The original 1980s kitchen in this lakeside home was small, dark and isolated with outdated finishes and appliances. The new design tore down a dividing wall between the kitchen and dining/entertaining space for a much larger, open feel. Where there was previously one small window over the sink, 5 new oversized windows opened the kitchen to panoramic views of the lake while bringing in natural light. Custom, hand-made cabinetry was built and topped with leathered granite for a clean, traditional look while the island top is a rustic, bespoke timber construction featuring dovetail joints. The craftsman wood details in the cabinetry, island, and shelves provide a bespoke mountain aesthetic unique to this project. Upgrade Thermador appliances complete the kitchen with modern technology for improved functionality.
