Flagstaff Home Addition

The clients requested an addition to link their detached garage to their home while adding a ground floor master suite, office space, and an expansion of the existing laundry room. 600 square feet of new space includes a generously sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, an open office space in the extra wide vestibule with tall windows opening to the entry court, and a new sink and work station in the existing laundry room. The addition works seamlessly with the existing structures and roofs for virtually no interruption of daily life or weather exposure during construction.

The project is set to be constructed in Spring 2021.
